“Be everything you are!” school program
Helping neurodivergent children build confidence in who they are.
The Be Everything You Are! (BEYA) school program is a strengths-based wellbeing program designed to support neurodivergent students in primary schools. Grounded in the pillars Recognise Strengths, Accept Challenges, and Love Your Brain, the program helps students build confidence in who they are while developing practical habits and self-advocacy skills.
Through child-friendly neuroscience, strengths-based reflection, and simple habit-building, students gain shared language to understand themselves and express what supports their learning and wellbeing. The program is flexible in delivery, aligns with NSW wellbeing priorities, and includes student resources, a teacher handover, and a parent follow-up to support continuity beyond the day.
Who this program is for:
- Neurodivergent students (ADHD, Autism, learning differences).
- Small group, class or stage-based delivery.
- Adaptable for K-2 and Years 3-6.
Format
- One full school day (flexible timing).
