Be Everything You Are!

What does it mean to be everything you are?

By the age of 12, children with ADHD are estimated to have received over 12,000 more negative messages than their neurotypical peers. These repeated experiences of criticism and correction slowly wear away at their self-esteem, leading many to mask their true selves just to fit in — a coping strategy that can increase the risk of anxiety, depression, and burnout.

To change this trajectory, we must act early.

Children with ADHD need more than strategies for focus or behaviour — they need tools that help them see their strengths, understand their brains, and feel safe to be who they truly are. When we support them with compassion and consistency, we lay the foundation for self-worth, confidence, and resilience.

Being everything you are means having the courage to show up as yourself — even in a world that often asks you to be something else. For our children, this kind of confidence doesn’t come automatically. It’s built through repeated, supportive experiences across home, school, and community.

When we nurture environments where children feel seen, celebrated, and supported, we give them the greatest gift of all: permission to be themselves.

While this organiser was created with the intention of helping children living with ADHD, it can be used by anyone of any age, with or without a diagnosis. The intention is for this organiser to be used between home and school, or both homes. It seeks to help the child and adults create a shared understanding of the challenges facing the child and ensuring they receive the support they need to build authentic connections with themselves and others.

How much does the organiser cost?

The organiser retails for $29.95. We have bulk pricing available. Please see below for further information.

Why does the organiser only have 15 weeks of Monday – Friday?

We know how difficult it can be for children living with ADHD to keep track of their belongings so it didn’t make sense to us to create an organiser that is intended to last the whole year. At the same time, we didn’t want families having to buy our product more than a few times a year. We may look to change the structure in the future and would love to hear your thoughts on this. Please reach out to monique@adhdhabits.com to tell us what you think. We’d love to hear from you!

How will this organsier help my child?

The ‘Be Everything You Are‘ organiser helps your child build confidence by focusing on strengths, not just challenges. Designed by a teacher and ADHD parent, it uses ADHD-friendly tools like visual habit trackers and strengths-spotting exercises to make progress tangible. The shared home-school notes section ensures everyone works together, while simple prompts teach kids to advocate for their needs. It transforms daily struggles into learning moments—forgetting homework becomes ‘What tool can we try next time?’ Most importantly, it sends a message every child needs to hear: ‘You are capable, and your differences matter.
