Be Everything You Are! supports neurodivergent children to build self-understanding, confidence, and habits that work with their brain.
Hi, I’m Monique — a mum, teacher, and the creator of Be Everything You Are!
Be Everything You Are! was born from my real-life experience as a parent raising neurodivergent children and from a deep belief that children deserve more than behaviour management. They deserve tools, language, and supportive experiences that help them understand their brain, feel seen, and build confidence.
When my child first showed signs of ADHD, I was overwhelmed by how few genuinely supportive resources were available. I was often told to wait and see, but waiting did not feel like an option when our family was struggling. Without the right support, our home, our routines, and our sense of connection were beginning to unravel. I knew we needed practical help now.
I started by focusing on small, achievable changes, particularly around daily habits, emotional awareness, and how challenges were understood and spoken about. Over time, those small changes became powerful. What began as a way to support my own family grew into a broader framework that now supports neurodivergent children both at home and at school.
Through my business, ADHD Habits, I create practical, empowering resources designed to work with neurodivergent brains, not against them. Be Everything You Are brings that philosophy together through three connected offerings.
The Be Everything You Are organiser supports children to plan their day, track habits, notice strengths, reflect on challenges, and build self-awareness in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. It is designed to bridge the gap between home and school while reinforcing the message that a child’s whole self matters.
The Be Everything You Are school program is delivered directly to children. It supports neurodivergent students to better understand how their brain works, recognise their strengths, and develop self-compassion. Through age-appropriate language and activities, children learn that having challenges does not mean something is wrong with them, and that different brains simply need different kinds of support.
The Be Everything You Are parent webinar supports parents to better understand their child’s needs, navigate school relationships, and advocate in a way that is calm, informed, and sustainable. It offers reassurance, practical strategies, and language parents can use when supporting their child and working alongside schools.
Across all of this work, my belief remains the same. Supportive environments, consistent habits, and self-awareness can change the trajectory for neurodivergent children. When children understand themselves and feel accepted, confidence grows and challenges become easier to navigate.
Thank you for being here. I hope Be Everything You Are! becomes a trusted part of your child’s journey and a supportive resource for the adults walking alongside them.
